Captain Daimio was very upset with Kate, Elizabeth and Johann when they questioned him about not telling them his grandmother was a Natzi war criminal.  He left the lunch room in a rage when he ran into Able with news that their new tenant was arriving.

Back at B.P.R.D. Headquarters in Fairfield Connecticut Mr. Dorne was on his way home when a policeman pulled him over.  In reality there was no police car and Mr. Dorne’s car was hijacked by some man.

Their new arrival at the Colorado B.P.R.D. Headquarters is a giant hairy monster with a huge moth full of razor-sharp teeth.  Abe wanted to know why it wasn’t sedated for the trip and the military airman told him they had pumped it full of tiletamine.

Captain Daimio asks Abe if this is his friend Daryl.  Abe doesn’t think there is much of Daryl’s mind left in the monster.  Abe says he does not remember it being so large and so physically active before.  When Daimio and Abe talk about Daryl’s family and that they are living a normal life and that they probably never think about him anymore the animal screams and claws at its cage.

Johann asks Kate out for dinner but she declines as she is so discussed by his constantly eating.  Johann remembers when they brought the artificially created body back from Indonesia, he immediately inhabited it.  The body is huge and may be eight feet tall.  He and his new body are rejected by Kate.

Liz continues with her nightmares.  Now she is trying to pet some cats but has to run from being eaten by a huge shark’s mouth.  When she wakes up she goes to the lunch room and Johann asks her to spend some time with him but he is rejected again by Liz.

Liz goes into see Panya the live mummy they also brought back from Indonesia. Panya says it is silly to isolate her from germs.  She says she is three thousand years old and she is not afraid of a virus.  Liz explained that she was very happy to have Panya there since the only other woman was Kate.  Liz wanted to make Panya feel welcome.  Panya asked Liz if she could get Panya a kitty.

Abe wrote Tom Manning, the Director of the Bureau.  He thanked Tom for letting him bring Panya back to Colorado.  He also addressed the matter that each member of the B.P.R.D. team …”must be prepared to lead at a moment’s notice.”

Johann was reading girly magazines, Kate was studying some of her documents, Captain Daimio was marking off the days on his calendar and starring at a monkey-type animal preserved in a large jar.  And, a snow storm was depositing many feet of snow outside the Colorado Headquarters.

The man who had hijacked Mr. Dorne’s car and Dorn’s B.P.R.D. computer, was just about to land in Denver.

Employees of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense
Captain Benjamin Daimio and Abe Sapie discuss the early arrival of their newest placement at B.P.R.D. in their Colorado Headquarters.
Johann Krauss decides to occupy the perfect soulless body from Indonesia. He is enjoying having an actual physical body. Dr. Kate Corrigan seems unimpressed that Johann can now be a real human again instead of just an entity.
Abe was suprised to see the Wendigo so fierce as he was supposed to be sedated. The monster is anything but sedated.
Liz Sherman is grateful that Panya the Mummy from Indonesia is with them at B.P.R.D. now. Liz has someone other than Kate for company.
