1977.  Mary and John are playing in the woods.

1982.  John is fighting a doctor who eats people’s body parts to extend the doc’s own life.  It makes him stronger.  H burns the remains of the doc’s latest victim.  It weakens the doc but he is still running John down.  John gets a chainsaw from the rear of his car and hacks the doc into pieces.  The doc is dead now.

John tells H that in a rafting accident Mary saved his life.  He would have died.  She used every ounce of her strength to save him.  Nine months later Dean was born.  Five years later Mary was killed.

John only wants to see his wife again.  John does not want to die.  If something is in his way he will kill it.

Blue Earth, Minnesota

John and H visit a church and meet Pastor Jim.

Pastor Jim tells John how he comes to believe in the supernatural.  When he was nine years old his mother had a bad day and drowned him and his brother.  He somehow survived after seeing his dead brother.  Now he can see the dead if he wants.

Denver, Colorado

A demon wills his hell hound to kill itself by impaling itself on a spike fence.

Pastor Jim slices his wrist and faces the afterlife.  John summons Mary and she appears.  They hug and kiss and then her image turns into a hell hound.  The hell hound tells John, “Soon you will come to me.”

John remembers Mary said, “..look one more time.”  He then looks at the tooth and he sees the numbers 112 and then a 7.  He told Pastor Jim and H that the police said Mary died at exactly 11:27.  John thinks the numbers 1-1-2-7 are more like coordinates that a time.  He realizes after summoning her, and seeing her again, she really is “gone forever.”

Back in 1977, John continues chasing Mary in the woods and finally he catches her and they are kissing under the moon.  Hiding among the bushes is the red-eyed, snarly-toothed hell hound spying on them.
It is 1977 and John and Mary Winchester make love in the woods while being watched by H's hell hound.
